With its knurled handle you will have the grip to spin and pack drre and/or elk hair.

To use :

1. Spin a clump of hair onto the hook shank.

2. Place the eye of the hook into the slotted barrel of the tool.

3. Forcefully push the hair back toward the bend of the hook with the tool.

4. Repeat spinning and packing it back until the hook shank has been sufficiently filled with hair.
